Finally, and almost expired my license of that rule of the maximum of 5 years, I made the exam.
I upgraded from category 3 (CR7AKG) to category 2 (CS7AKG).
What does this mean?
With category 2, I can operate without supervision! This is a significant change that gives me much more freedom to operate the station independently.
Licenses obtained
With this upgrade, I obtained:
- CAN License (National Aptitude Certificate)
- CEPT Novice (allows me to operate in other European countries)
The next goal is to reach category 1 (CT callsign), which allows access to all bands and power without restrictions.
